    1How long will the claim process take?
    Every case is treated individually and will need to be investigated to ensure that the applicant was indeed a victim of a scam.
    2Can i apply on behalf of someone else?
    You may apply for minors and elderly individuals that can not apply by themselves. Exemptions may be applicable to attorneys and persons with documents that proof they have the authority to act on behalf of a signatory.
    3Do i need to pay for this service?
    The application process is usually free unless there are cases where additional forensics services may be required. You can contact your designated agent for more information.
    4What are the requirements to file a claim?
    You must have been a victim of a scam in order to apply and be eligible for a settlement. In order to receive settlement, our agents may ask you for proof such as conversations or receipts that may be used to investigate and conclude that you have been a victim of a scam.
    5Will my information be public?
    All applications and settlements are treated with confidentiality. Your personal information and information about your claim, payments and scam are not being presented to third parties without your permission.
